The people are always fascinated, how easy to make are the cinnamon ears. And the best, taste they do even!
1 Roll puff pastry
1 1/2 EL butter
6 EL of brown sugar
2 TSP cinnamon
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Puff pastry into squares (CA. 20 x 20 cm) cut, Rectangles are also accepted ;-)
Brush pastry with melted butter.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
By both sides to the middle of the puff pastry fixed roll up.
Distribute with enough distance on a baking paper.
At 200° C about 15 min. Bake.
