And chocolate is well known for the nerves. You are hopefully today tonight not as strained as at the last game…
Small note: Start early enough with JAWS, the cake must 60 min. in the oven.
for 1 Cake
250 ml dark beer
250 g butter
75 g cocoa
250 g flour
250 g sugar
1 TSP baking soda
1 Pinch of salt
150 g sour cream
for decorating (Optional)
200 g dark chocolate
75 g cream
250ml dark beer with 250 g butter boil.
75g stir in cocoa powder.
250g flour, 250g sugar, 1 Mix TSP baking powder and a pinch of salt, stir and stir.
3 Beat eggs and 150 g sour cream until smooth and add to the beer crowd.
In a preheated oven at 180° C for 60 min. Bake.
200g dark chocolate with cream of 75 g in water bath melt and thus decorate the cake.
