[Recipe] Whole wheat bread

Vollkornbrot gebacken

Ingredients

…for 1 Box bread (25cm length):
700 ml water, hot
20 g yeast
100 g sesame seeds
75 g sunflower seeds
75 g oatmeal
400 g - whole wheat flour
350 g wheat flour (Type 550)
20 g salt
Butter

Directions

In the warm water (700ml) the 20 g yeast crumble and stir with a whisk.
Sesame, Mix sunflower seeds and oats.
Then mix the two flours and salt.
Everything (1/3 leave the cores and seeds) give to the water-yeast mixture and 5 min. knead with the dough hook.

Cover and 1h Let go (in a warm place).

Grease Loaf pan. Give the dough into the mold and smooth paint. Sprinkle the remaining nuts and seeds in.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and more 45 min. Let go.

The oven on 250° C Preheat. Then when 200° C for 45 min. Bake in the oven. CA. 10 min. allow to cool. Then fall out of shape and continue to cool.

And the best is the crust fresh out of the oven!
