This chocolate cream gave it the last few years for dessert on Christmas day.
The recipe is suitable even for lazy people, because it is really very fast to manufacture them.
The Cooling time by 1½ hours should we not forget but at the time planning to incorporate.
Ingredients for 4 People:
…for the cream:
100 g milk chocolate
250 g cream
1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
1 TSP cinnamon powder
…for the brittle:
2 EL nuts (I'm usually hazelnuts, also walnuts would be possible, Cashew nuts, Pine nuts, etc.)
1 EL butter
1 EL sugar
100g slowly heat chocolate in a Bain-Marie and melt. Don't forget to stir.
250g cream, 1 Packet vanilla sugar and 1 Whip TSP cinnamon.
Stir half of the stiffly beaten mass of chocolate.
The rest just pile up and gently stir. Too much stirring would take the airiness of the mass.
The cream can now be given in cups or glasses.
For 1½h in the refrigerator make.
2 Coarsely chop nuts EL.
1 EL butter with 1 In a skillet over medium heat melt EL sugar.
Put the nuts and stir until golden brown. Watch, at the burning can get what wrong!
Distribute to serving on the chocolate cream.
