[Recipe] Zebra cheesecake

This recipe is a cheese cake with zebra pattern. For this purpose 2 Dough touched.

Zebra-Käsekuchen

Ingredients

Floor:
150 g flour
75 g butter
50 g sugar
1 Egg
1 TSP baking soda

light dough:
500 g cottage cheese
125 g sugar
1 Pack of vanilla pudding powder
1/2 small cup of oil
1 Egg
190 ml milk

Dark dough:
500 g cottage cheese
125 g sugar
1 Package chocolate instant pudding mix
1/2 small cup of oil
1 Egg
190 ml milk

Directions

Floor:
150 g flour, 75 g butter, 50 g sugar, 1 Egg and 1 TL mix baking soda and mix well.
Then spread on the bottom of the baking pan.

light dough:
First 190 ml milk and and mix the vanilla pudding powder.
Then 500 g cottage cheese, 125 g sugar, 1/2 small cup of oil and an egg, stir and taste mix with whisk.

Dark dough:
The same procedure, as for the light batter: first 190 ml milk and stir the chocolate pudding powder and.
Then 500 g cottage cheese, 125 g sugar, 1/2 small cup of oil and an egg, stir and taste mix with whisk.

In the middle of the floor give a spoonful of bright and dark dough alternately.
Try again, both dough is used up.
The result is a zebra Muster.Bei 175° C (bottom rail) for 1 Hour Bake.

    Hello, It can be, that must be taken for the dark dough Schkoladenpudding instead of custard?
    Otherwise a very interesting recipe.
