Due to the freezing temperatures out there, I've created Wintercupcakes. I have even designed and manufactured the snow flakes (with the help of Candymelts).
120 g flour
190 g sugar
1 TSP baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 TSP vanilla sugar
60 g cocoa powder
130 ml oil
225 ml hot water
150 g butter, soft
75 g mascarpone
75 g Philadelphia cream cheese
5 EL icing sugar
Blue food coloring (z.B. by Wilton)
White Candymelts (z.B. by Birkmann)
120 g flour, 190 g sugar, 1 Teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 Teaspoon vanilla sugar and 60 mix g cocoa powder.
An egg and 130 Add ml oil.
225 ml hot water, stirring, until a smooth dough is formed..
The batter into the muffin cups and fill generously, because the dough will not much.
At 170° C for 15 min. Bake.
Allow to cool off.
Decoration – Part I
Sign on a sheet of paper snowflakes.
Furthermore put baking paper.
The white Candymelts (Alternatively is also white chocolate, but the snowflakes with the Candymelts
had a more stable on me and dry also within minutes) put in the microwave, so that they are liquid. In an adapters (I use preferably This one, which is made of silicone and ideally suited for Eatings of all kinds).
To paint by the pre-drawn snowflakes simply on the baking paper.
Let it dry.
150 g soft butter and 5 Powdered sugar beat EL (It takes a while).
Add blue food color. I have for the first time with the colors by Wilton
worked, In contrast to the products of a certain doctor, the colors a lot are stronger.
75 g Philadelphia cream cheese and 75 Stir mascarpone.

Splash on the cupcakes.
