These cupcakes are super simple. The basic dough can be together soon budge and the butter-cream cheese topping is excellent to nibble ;-)
for 12 Cupcakes:
200 g flour
175 g sugar
1 Package Vanillezucker1
1/2 TSP baking soda
100 g soft butter
100 g sour cream
1 Pinch of salt
for the butter-cream cheese topping:
100 g butter
100 g cream cheese
3 EL icing sugar
1 1/2 EL orange juice
200g flour, 175g sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 1/2 Mix TSP baking powder.
100g butter, 100g sour cream and 2 Stir eggs and taste just mix.
Into the moulds and 180° C for 25min. Bake.
the butter cream cheese toppings:
100g butter, 100g cream cheese, 3 EL powdered sugar and 1 1/2 EL creamy stir orange juice.
Before applying to the muffins may again refrigerate.
