for 1 Cake:
CA. 5 – 6 Apples
250 g flour
180 g sugar
125 g butter
Sugar & mix some cinnamon.
Cut up apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt and 1/2 Egg knead and shape into a ball.
15 Minutes rest Let.
Roll out dough. Place one half as soil in the greased baking Tin.
To distribute Apple pieces.
The other half of dough as a lid put on it.
Egg butter the pastry lid with the rest.
At 180° C for 90 Minutes Bake.
Tip: With double the quantity of the ingredients, you can make a sheet cake from this. It always does so as RIA.
