Every now and then I put me in the head, that I should pick up something and eat me terribly healthy. These include of course oatmeal in the morning. You should know saturate. They don't really taste me. For this you can use them but great in muffins. But please don't be surprised, through the Oatmeal consistency is slightly different than for regular muffins. Are still very tasty!
6 EL chocolate chips
100 g honey
1 1/2 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 TSP vanilla extract
150 g flour
75 g delicate oatmeal
2 EL oil
An egg, 100 g honey, two tablespoons oil and one teaspoon of vanilla extract (or 1 Packet of vanilla sugar) reverse mix.
125 g flour, 1 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Then 75 g delicate oatmeal and 6 EL chocolate chips stir.
The dough 30 min. long let.
At 170° C for 13 – 15 min. Bake.
