[Recipe] Madeleines with Nutella filling

A recipe for classic French Madeleines (to German: Bear paws) with almonds and Nutellafüllung. Quick baked and „with a HAPS in the mouth“!

Nutella-Madeleines

Ingredients

50 g flour
130 g icing sugar
70 g ground almonds
4 Eiweiß70 g butter
50 g Nutella

Directions

70 melt butter g.
Beat the 4 egg whites to beaten egg whites.
50 g flour, 130 g icing sugar and 70 mix g ground almonds.
Lift egg whites including.
Then add the butter.
Mix everything well.

Give dough in the form – fill them only half.
Then a Nutella DAB pure give.
With more dough, fill up the form.

At 210° C for 10 min. Bake.
