[Recipe] Heidelbeermuffins

Last year I was totally on rhubarb – This year I discovered blueberries for me. Why have I avoided just so long that?! Therefore now purple blueberry muffins. I was very excited about it, that the half thawed blueberries so beautiful purple colored dough. Somehow I had not expected that :D

Heidelbeermuffins-Teig

Ingredients

for 14 Muffins
300 g flour
2 TSP baking soda
165 g sugar
240 g sour cream
2 Eggs
80 ml oil
a few drops of lemon juice
190 g blueberries (whether it's fresh or frozen)
Directions

240g sour cream, 2 Eggs, stir a few Spriter lemon juice and 80 ml oil, until a smooth mass is formed.
300g flour, 2 TL mix baking soda with 165 g of sugar and add to the cream eggs oil mass.
Stir in blueberries.
Then the batter into the muffin cups can be given.

At 180° C for ca. 15 min. Bake.
