In search of breakfast biscuits, I stumbled on the Oatmeal Cookies. Amazingly the taste of oatmeal doesn't so much comes out, as suggested. A tasty alternative to the morning Nutellabrot!
for ca. 50 Biscuits
200 g butter
250 g delicate oatmeal
125 g flour
2 TSP baking soda
200 g sugar
1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
200 melt butter g.
With 250 mix g oatmeal. Something cool.
Then 125 g flour and 2 Add the teaspoon of baking powder and knead into a crumbly dough.
200 g sugar, 1 Packet vanilla sugar and 1 Add egg and knead, until the dough is smooth.
Dough each 2 Rods with a diameter of 2 cm forms. At least 1 Hour in the refrigerator.
1 cm thick slices cut and place on a baking sheet.
At 190° C about 12 – 15 Min. Bake until golden.
Decorate as desired with chocolate.
