[Recipe] Apple and cinnamon muffins

PERSIS of the blog „A biscuit for on the go“ a blog event titled „Making fun of“.
A super idea, How do I find. Because first almost every Apple may, and secondly, apples fit for the autumn weather. For that I baked Apple muffins. These paired with cinnamon are suitable for use also fall!

Apfel-Zimt-Muffins

Ingredients

for 6 Muffins
1 Big Apple (tart)
100 g sugar
1/2 TSP cinnamon
80 g butter
2 small eggs
1 Pinch of salt
90 g flour
1/2 TSP baking soda

Directions

The Apple Peel, in quarters and remove the seeds. Then cut into slices.
1 EL sugar with 1/2 TL mix cinnamon and then distribute it on Apple slices.

80g butter for 2 min. beat until fluffy.
Separate eggs.
60 g sugar, stir in a pinch of salt and egg yolk.

Beat egg whites with the addition of the remaining sugar until stiff.
Flour and baking soda mixed with the half of the Eischnees to make the dough, stir in.
Carefully fold in the remaining egg whites.

Give the batter into the muffin cups.
Spread the Apple slices on the dough and press it something.
For 25 min. at 180° C Bake in the preheated oven.

10 min. allow to cool in the form.
Serve with cinnamon sugar (1 EL sugar + 1/2 Mix TSP cinnamon powder) Sprinkle.

    Hui, because it must have geduftet but insanely great in your kitchen, as you pulled the muffins out of the oven. Apple and cinnamon are but one of the most beautiful combinations of taste par excellence. I am dolle, that you found the way to the blog event :o)
