[Recipe] Reindeer cupcakes

Simple recipe for Rentiermuffins.

Rentier-Cupake

Ingredients

…for 12 Cupcakes:
150 g natural yoghurt
2 Eggs
150 ml oil
225 g sugar
1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
450 g flour
1 TSP baking soda
2 EL real cocoa
2 EL milk

…for the Buttercream:

120 g soft butter
200g icing sugar
2 TSP Bourbon Vanilla

…for the decoration:

12 Salt pretzel
12 Red Smarties
Dark sugar pen

Directions

Cupcakes:
150g yogurt, 2 Eggs, 150ml oil, 225g sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar and 2 Whisk cocoa powder EL.
1 Teaspoon baking soda with 450 g of flour and 2 EL mix milk and stir. Touch as little as possible.
Muffin cups to 2/3 fill.
At 160° C (Top / bottom heat) for 25 min. slide it into the oven.

Butter cream:
120light and fluffy butter g.
200g sift powdered sugar and taste mix with the butter.
2 TSP vanilla aroma stir and stir again.
Coat the cupcakes so that.

Decorating:
Use Smarties as noses.
Salt pretzel in half and push each one half as antlers in the cupcakes.
Paint two eyes to do so with a PIN of sugar.

    Hello,
    Now we bake the Rentiercupcakes. Unfortunately, some mistakes are in the recipe from our point of view. In the list of ingredients on chocolate is nowhere, However, the recipe calls for chocolate. Unfortunately without quantity!
    In the recipe 2 Add EL, but unfortunately not by what. We have believed that dealing with the milk and have just added.

      Thank you for your notes. There some errors had crept in!
      Chocolate don't actually belongs in the recipe…
      I have now corrected the recipe.
