[Recipe] Proseccogelee with strawberries

The last recipe of the year 2013! But don't you worry 2014 seamlessly continues ;)
I found the recipe quite fitting to celebrate of the last day of the year. In this sense – Prost! Go to the next year in compliance with all your wishes and goals. I wish you a happy new year! <3

Proseccogelee

Ingredients

600 ml of Prosecco
150 ml water
75 g sugar
15 g Blattgelatineein few strawberries

Directions

9 Soak the leaves of gelatine in cold water.
600 ml of Prosecco, 150 ml of water and 75 heat g sugar in a pot.
Wring it out and stir in the mixture of Prosecco gelatine.
Distribute strawberries in the glasses. Proseccogelee point type.
Something let it cool, then mind. 2 Hours in the fridge.
