[Recipe] Oven eggs with Filoteig

Super brunch recipe!
I especially like the recipe, because you must put the eggs in the oven and can meanwhile entertained his guests, without that, you have to careful, whether something is burning ;)

 

Ofeneier im Filoteig

Ingredients

a knob of butter, z.B. Arla Kærgården
Filo dough
Bacon
Eggs
little salt

Directions

Grease the baking Tin with butter.
Cut the Filoteig in square pieces.

    The stove eggs look fantastic. Just where do I get these phyllo? My seller of confidence looked at me clueless, When I asked him about the Filo dough. True to the motto: You can eat it or what?

    concerning the „Filo dough“, with us in the Switzerland they say the strudel dough. Maybe you can find the desired in Germany under this name „Filo dough“.
    Continued success during the search and baking.
