[Recipe] Walnut muffins



Nut muffin

The recipe is actually intended as a cup cake. I have halved the amount of, so ca. 18 Muffins come out. In fact, this is the recipe for my first homemade muffins. The beauty of the muffins is, that by the oil in the dough, long fresh taste!
You can sprinkle it very purist only with a chocolate glaze. MOM has must bake the cake always for the children's birthday, There he was then additional Smarties or, for a change, decorated with jelly beans. Since I had baked the muffins on the occasion of a birthday, I got them with a Chocolate butter cream topping embellished.

Ingredients (for 18 Muffins)

3 small eggs
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup oil
1/2 Pck vanilla sugar
1/2 Cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 Cups chopped hazelnuts
1 Cup of flour
1/2 Pck baking powder
1/2 Cup sparkling water
Chocolate for the chocolate glaze


To mix the ingredients of the series.

Baking temperature: 180° C
Baking time: 50 min.
