[Recipe] Muffins with soft chocolate core


… for 12 Muffins:
100 g butter
100 g sugar
2 Eggs
170 g flour
2 TSP baking soda
2 EL real cocoa
CA. 80 g dark chocolate
or gummy bears





170g flour and 2 Mix TSP baking powder.
100g butter, 100g sugar, 2 Stir eggs.
Last 2 EL cocoa powder into the bowl and stir everything to a smooth dough.

The dark chocolate in 12 share large pieces.

Each half fill the muffin tins.
A piece of chocolate each muffin gets laid in the middle of the dough.
On the chocolate, a dollop comes again dough, so that the pieces of chocolate is well covered.

For 20 min. in the preheated oven at 190° C Bake.

2 – 3 Allow to cool for minutes, dust with icing sugar, enjoy warm and swaying slowly in muffin heaven!
