[Recipe] Carrot muffins

Möhrenmuffins im Glas

Ingredients

for 12 Muffins /. 6 Glasses
125 ml sunflower oil
150 g sugar
2 Eggs
250 g carrots
50 g ground hazelnuts
100 g flour
1TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP cinnamon
1 MSP. Muscat
1 MSP. Salt

Directions

For the dough to be 125 ml sunflower oil, 150g of sugar and 2 Pitched eggs into a homogeneous mass.
Rub the peeled Mörhen to fine flakes and stir.
50 g ground hazelnuts, 100g flour, 1 TSP baking soda, 1/2 TSP cinnamon, 1 Mix pinch of nutmeg and salt.
Then stir in the dough.
Fill the dough into Muffinsform or glasses.
Pastries in the glass at 200 ° C about 25 min. Bake – Batter in muffin in compartments for 20 min. Bake.
