[Recipe] Mini plums cake

Ingredients

for a mini cake
225 g flour
1/2 TSP baking soda
165 g sugar
125 g soft butter
1 TSP vanilla extract
2 Eggs
125 ml milk
2 EL of brown sugar

Directions

The oven on 160 Preheat grade.
225g flour, 1/2 TSP baking soda, 165g sugar, 125g soft butter, 1 TSP vanilla extract, 2 Mix the eggs and 125 ml of milk into a smooth dough.
Wash plums, halve and stone. With 1 Sprinkle sugar EL.
Fill the batter into the springform Pan.
The plums on it at will distribute.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
At 160° C in the preheated oven, and 45 min. Bake.
