[Recipe] Mini milk cake

Milchkuchen mit Himbeeren


3 Eggs
1 EL vanilla extract
200 g sugar
130 g flour
3 TSP baking soda

150 ml condensed milk
150 ml sweetened condensed milk
150 ml whole milk

100 g sour cream
100 g raspberries


3 Separate eggs.
Proteins with the whisk for 1-2 Loosely cast minutes – It may be not frothy.
Stir the egg yolks and 1 Continue beating minute.
Under constant pounding 2 TSP vanilla extract, 200g sugar, 130g flour and 3 Pure give TSP baking powder.
Between the individual ingredients dough ever 1 Strong beat minute.

Pour the batter into the baking-Tin in 150° C in the preheated oven for 35 min. Bake.

At least 30 min. allow to cool in the form.

The three types of milk (per 150ml condensed milk, sweetened condensed milk and whole milk) in the mixer 2 Stir in minutes.
