I love Chai tea latte… but only in the winter! Just as it is with these Madeleines Chai – Bake so quickly even before the spring comes back and drives us back out of the houses :) So that the candy is not too unhealthy, Here's the recipe with whole wheat flour.
40 Mini Madeleines
60 g butter
50 g wheat flour
50 g wholemeal flour
100 g sugar
1/2 TSP baking soda
2 TL Chai tea powder (or 1/4 Teaspoon cloves, 1/2 TSP cardamom, 1/2 TSP cinnamon and 1/4 TSP of black pepper – all ground)
30 ml milk
Optional: 50 g dark chocolate
60 g butter, 30 ml milk and the egg taste mix.
100 Add g sugar.
Mix the two flours in a bowl, 1/2 TSP baking powder and 2 Add Teaspoon of Chai tea powder.
