Waffles times differently! (Marble waffles and whole wheat waffles)

Waffles in two versions: chocolate marble waffles and healthy whole wheat waffles

 

7 Marble waffles
Marmorwaffel

Ingredients

4 Eggs
1 Pinch of salt
75 g sugar
50 g butter
150 g flour
1 TSP baking soda
175 ml cream
1 TSP vanilla extract
2 EL cacao powder
2 EL milk

Directions

Butter (50g) melt.

Separate eggs. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt. Sugar a trickle leave.

In a bowl 150 g flour, 1 TSP baking soda, 4 Egg yolk, 175g cream, 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract and 50 g melted butter into a smooth dough mix.

Halve dough.
One half 25 g cocoa powder type and 2 EL milk. Then stir in half of the Eischnees.
The other half of the Eischnees to the other, light dough.

Alternately spoon by spoon both doughs in the waffle iron and bake.

 

 

8 Whole wheat waffles
Vollkornwaffel

Ingredients

200 g wholemeal flour
250 g cream Quark
1/4 TSP cinnamon
5 EL maple syrup
3 Eggs
4 EL milk
100 g ground almonds

Directions

200g wholemeal flour, 250g cream Quark, 1/4 TSP cinnamon, 5 EL maple syrup, 3 Eggs, 4 EL taste mix milk and 100 g ground almonds into a smooth dough.
Bake in waffle iron.
