Quick cookies: [Recipe] Coconut macaroons

Experienced WeihnachtsbäckerInnen will probably find an unusual approach: the heating of the shredded. It has its raison d ' être, for by the heating perfectly joins the shredded remains so for weeks juicy!

Ingredients

200 g desiccated coconut
175 g of fine sugar
1 Pck. Bourbon Vanilla sugar
1 Pinch of salt
4 Protein
Baking wafers

Directions

200g desiccated coconut, 175g sugar, 1 Packet vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and 4 Mix egg whites in a pot.
4 EL stir water and not too much heat, stirring.

Distribute baking wafers on the baking paper.

Distribute the warm mass teaspoons on the wafers.

The macaroons with 180° C about 12-18 min. (Depending on the size) Bake.
