[Recipe] Brownie muffins

Brownie Muffins

Ingredients

for 12 Muffins:

225 g dark chocolate
90 g butter
2 Eggs
200 g of brown sugar
1 Packet vanilla sugar
140 g flour
30 g walnuts
30 g Pecans (also only walnuts or other nuts)

Directions

Heat 90 g butter 225 g chocolate in a Bain-Marie.
Stirring constantly.
If the chocolate is completely melted, take the Bowl from the pot and set aside.

The 2 Whisk eggs with 200 g brown sugar and vanilla sugar.
140g flour stir and stir.
Last add the chocolate-butter mixture and mix everything into a smooth dough.

Then type in the muffin cups.

In the preheated oven at 180° C for 30 min. Bake.
