A tart with the ingredients pears, Nuts and cinnamon, in a layer of caramelized sugar – the perfect combination for the winter!
1 kg pears
300 g mixed nuts
1 Pck. Baking soda
1 TSP cinnamon
2x 200 g sugar
Peel pears, cut in half and remove the core.

To get the mixed nuts fine, have I rubbed them with the grater. This went surprisingly quickly and without effort. Particularly intriguing, I found, that the nuts Kinda fluffy have felt then :D
You can use the grater, but just as good for grating of lemon / orange peel (as is common with many recipes) or also by Ginger or chocolate. I could very well imagine, that the grater in the future is to cake - cupcake decoration. Something grated chocolate over the topping is good always (:
