[Recipe] Apple crumble in the Cup

Apfel-Crumble in der Tasse

Some sweet treats to warm up in the cold weather ;-)
Enjoy absolutely hot.

For 4 Cappuccino cups:
40g walnuts
40g butter
60g flour
20g sugar
1 Pinch of salt
1 EL orange juice
400g apples
400g pears
2 EL maple syrup
1 TSP vanilla Wadhwa powder
Butter for the cups

Coarsely chop the 40 g walnuts (can be optionally omitted or replaced with crisp oatmeal).
40 g butter, 60g flour, 20knead g of sugar and a pinch of salt to sprinkles. Then refrigerate.

1 EL orange juice with 2 EL maple syrup and 1 Mix TSP custard powder. 400g 400 g pears, apples and cut peeled into small pieces and stir. Sprinkle them with cinnamon if necessary.
Grease the cups with butter and inside fill the fruit. Distribute the sprinkles on top.

At 180° C on the middle track for 30 min. Bake in a preheated oven.

To serve sprinkle powdered sugar over it. Alternatively, enjoy warm with sweetened sour cream or whipped cream.
